Our dedicated web, database and email servers are located in a brand new 200 million dollar state-of-the-art datacenter in Chicago, IL. The servers are directly connected to the Internet backbone through a fully redundant high-speed OC3, tier-one connections.

Fully redundant means if AT&T's network goes down all traffic is then automatically routed through MCI's network without downtime. There is even the third level of redundancy that if both AT&T and MCI's networks go down then all traffic is automatically routed through Qwest's network. All server routers have auto-sensing redundancy meaning if a router should happen to fail the backup router automatically kicks in to ensure no loss in service. This level of redundancy allows us to provide 99.9 percent up-time connectivity.

The server hard drives are also fully redundant and configured with RAID 5 and stand-by hot-swap drives that automatically kick in, in the event of a hard drive failure.

The servers are protected in a secure, 24/7 around the clock guarded facility with closed-circuit video surveillance, redundant climate control system, triple redundant power feeds from three independent utility substations and fire suppression system using CO2 gas.

The servers are backed up every night and protected with the latest Internet security software like FireSlayer Anti-Denial of Service protection and TrippingPoint intrusion prevention. This keeps our clients' websites connected and safe from the evils of network attacks.
